today was awesome because...
i was walking down the street & a young, fairly attractive man stopped to ask me about my shoes. he was like “where did you get them?” when i said payless, he asked if i thought they sold them in men’s sizes (he’s a size 10). he said my boots would be awesome for his halloween costume. i said he could try, but i wasn’t sure if women’s sizes are that big. i wished him luck & continued on my way. just like that…he was very polite, didn’t call me ‘baby’, didn’t try to hit on me, didn’t try to get my number. he was *only* interested in my shoes. oh wait…maybe that isn’t so awesome :(
